360 Degree Tour of CSIS Building
In September, 2013, CSIS moved into our permanent Washington, DC headquarters. Utilizing 360 degree video—created with a spherical camera system that simultaneously records 360 degrees of a scene—you can experience what an event looks like at CSIS, or, just take a look at some of our spaces.
- 360 video is best viewed via an updated modern browser on a desktop computer or through the YouTube App on mobile devices.
- Move your cursor or mobile device to navigate the scenery; tilt your mobile to navigate.
- If you want to watch events Live at CSIS, we webcast them every day www.csis.org/events
Take a virtual walk down our block, come into our HQ and attend an event with Defense Secretary Ash Carter.
Our lower concourse provides smart meeting space, and look up, you can see our “Globalier,” an LED chandelier designed to form a map of the world.
The 6th floor Commons is hub for CSIS staff. Look up the stairs for views of how our top three floors connect. At the very top, you’ll see a replica of the “Leonardo Da Vinci Flying Machine”
